Just to record the results of the inconclusive discussion on IRC:
Either this should mean "x1 is overconfident" (and then ka sezlacydu'e would cover "x1 is overconfidence"), or this word means "x1 is overconfidence". durka42 prefers the former.

Agreed. "x1 is overconfident?" is how I would intuitively read sezlacydu'e if I didn't see it defined in a dictionary.
