Though there might be an argument that this gives more flexibility. ka
ce'u purci ce'u can be converted into ka ce'u mleca ce'u lo ka lerci,
but I'm not sure how to convert ka ce'u lidne ce'u. Perhaps this is just
another argument to have ways (e.g. two-letter-rafsi) to easily convert any
brivla into the zmadu / mleca form without worrying about rafsi-mutation or
lujvo definition ambiguity.
