A brivla should be valid even if not always "lo nu broda" happens. A
bicycle may be "lo na'o relxilma'e be ko'a bei ko'e bei ko'i", and zo
na'o, as well as ko'V, may be omitted any time you like. An actor may be
called "lo tigni" even if most of his life is spent for the other affairs.
"lo pucanaibanai relxilma'e" and "lo bacanaipunai tigni" are retired
bicycle and future actor. Even for those, "pucanaibanai" and
"bacanaipunai" may be omitted as you like.

"lo punaicanaibanai relxilma'e"
may be "lo na relxilma'e" rather than "lo relxilma'e", even if the thing
is manufactured "tezu'e lo nu relxilma'e". However, it may still be "lo
na'o relxilma'e" and na'o is omissible. In such a case, the judgement
depends on the epistemology of speakers. I would regard it as "lo na'o
nu'o relxilma'e be ko'a bei ko'e bei ko'i", where na'o nu'o and ko'V
are omissible.
