I don't think so. xunai and xu are not copied by go'i. The same can
be said about most emotional UI.

Likewise, iepei and ienaipei are equivalent but with different
emphasis.

Okay, can I then conclude that a “xunai” question is answered in the
same manner as a “xu” question?

Yes, and the same happens to all other UIpei questions.
