The same issue arises with the description of " fi'u ". That problem was
implicitly resolved by the introduction of " fai'u ". Presumably, upon
its adoption, "fi'u" will be restricted only to VUhU as a fraction-slash
operator which will then take in implicit "xo'ei"'s as operands unless
explicitly contradicted (in which case, we would need to be careful in
defining its defaults).

So, as that was resolved, so should the issue with "ka'o" be resolved (upon
the introduction of "ka'o'ai").
