Definition #68445 [edit]

definition x1 suffers from/is endowed with/displays/has symptoms/(in)abilities/inhibitions/abnormalities x2 disability/abnormality/general malady/talent x3
notes This is a quality that is inherently part of a person; short of extensive surgery or consciousness transfer, it can only be compensated for and mildly mitigated. It can be acquired externally or could have been developed naturally, or it could have been from birth. The word is neutral; the symptoms and malady can be considered positive or negative according to the commentator; additionally (and possibly independently), x1 need not "suffer" them so much as just "have" them. No professional diagnosis is necessary. The condition should be abnormal. See also: bilma.
