Indeed why not. I would prefer rityglibau to be the default translation
of "British English". However, gliglibau has had some usage, and it
should stay, for purposes of Lojban → English.

OTOH, I don't think gliglibau for British English is wrong per se, since
English English does seem to be the "default" or core sense of British
English.
