Discussion of "xod"

Seems like adding his full English name and/or a link to more information
about him would make the definition actuall useful, espcially since he
*doesn't use* "Xod" in English, as far as I know.

Okay, fixed.

I think it looks weird to have a URL in a print dictionary, so I omitted
it. Perhaps Xod prefers it that way.

I'm assuming the cmene won't go in the printed dictionary.
