The only big difference is that this is a VUhU, but that is how "ka'o"
should be anyway, in my opinion; I merely modelled "ka'o'ei" on "ka'o", so
if one is assigned to a given selma'o, then the other should be assigned to
that same selma'o too.

I should also add that this definition is underspecified because it does
not describe how the angle is measured or what happens when r takes on
certain values.
