Oh, you mean it could be franse? Hadn't thought of that.

fransezo is based on "fran?aise" (or the spelling of "fran?ais") and has
the stress in the right position, unlike franse.

I like franse, too, however.

Oh, I just remembered.

The -o ending is because cultural gismu all end in -o.

Oh, and of course under current rules, *franse is not even a legal
brivla, because it's a slinku'i.
