I have a way to handle the simple cases of multidimensional intervals. Harder versions would require set operations. I have a way to outline anot orthotope so that its sides are fully dashed (open/exclusive) or solid (closed/included). The words that I included yesterday are part of this scheme. I just have to write up how they work, which I hope to do tomorrow or so.
I do not know what you mean by "more than" these.
