You should probably describe or link to a discussion of the new meaning of
.e'e.

I added that new meaning to e'e myself (though I don't think I did it to
e'i), unfortunately I can't beat the 100000 votes automatically given to
officialdata. These changes were done by the BPFK long ago, following a
desire to make all e'V cmavo to be a subset of the imperative mood
(represented by ko / ko'oi / koinde)

Another way to think of it is that each e'V cmavo has a magic -nde brivla
(from minde, and inheriting its place structure) associated with it:

e'ande, e'ende, e'inde, e'onde, e'unde
