-vuj-, -vun-, and -vu'u- seems all open, as far as I can tell. Probably we don't want to assign all three.

How important is the word? How often do you think that it will be used in lujvo? And in what position (terminally or otherwise?)? If of moderate utility and mostly non-terminal, then I would go with "-vuj-". If more important and non-terminal, then "-vun-". If terminal and/or similarity with the cmavo is strongly desired (which I can understand), then "-vu'u-". Not all three.

I personally favor "-vu'u" because it means that there will be one less cmavo to memorize.

I agree with this reasoning, but CVV cmavo space is more limited than CVC. vujnu is two syllables, so is -vu'u, so brodyvujnu => brodyvu'u is shorter in text but not in speech, while vujnybroda => vunbroda/vujbroda.
On the other hand, maybe we should wait to see what lujvo arise using this word before we decide whether it needs initial, final, or rafsi at all.
