This also should have an example. By real life we can assume something from chemistry like sugars, DNA. Then human body (is it chiral?) Anything from nuclear physics, from astronomy?

The human body is chiral. Anything with a helicity is chiral (with a well-defined chirality in a given frame of reference), which would include stars and quantum particles. Certain polyominoes are chiral, as well as dice.

Oh, toilet paper rolls confined to travel linearly in only one dimension (such as along a wire or spindle) are chiral. As are some knots and rotary combination (really: permutation) locks in three dimensions.

by examples i mean filling all the places with some other than zo'e or "la ..."
