I'm really debating whether VUhU should be in here... on one hand, it's
convenient especially if pi'e is moved to VUhU, so that you can represent
weird ISO character strings like ---25T23:50.

On the other hand, joi'i is in VUhU. And also there's that VUhU-JOI merge
proposal, which I don't know the status of...
