Okay, then I shall move my proposals. NOIhAU works just as well for me. Do you agree?

Well, I think it would be fine. Incidentally, you should add one or two examples to your two cmavo proposals. I'm having trouble understanding their purpose; examples would probably help. :)

The move has taken place. It actually ended up at noi'a'u, with noi'au being similar but not quite the same.
Examples will be, eventually, forthcoming. I have explanations and examples written down on my phone, somewhere...
