The word poi'a has been used since some time with the meaning Selpahi
entered; but until now nobody added it to JVS. This usage of poi'a has
been described there:
http://selpahi.weebly.com/lojban/zo-xoi-joi-lo-se-srana-be-ri
(It's written in the cekitau dialect; if you have difficulty reading that
page, you can go directly to the bottom where there is a table of formal
definitions for the proposed cmavo.)

poi'a/noi'a/soi'a are intented to be a series of cmavo for implementing
adverbial constructors in Lojban (so something similar to the -ly ending in
English, as in "quietly").

This page ( http://piratepad.net/SvMcskATrA ) is also related to the
subject (in this page, poi'a/noi'a/soi'a were temporarily called
Pxoi/Nxoi/Sxoi).

Okay, then I shall move my proposals. NOIhAU works just as well for me. Do
you agree?

Well, I think it would be fine. Incidentally, you should add one or two
examples to your two cmavo proposals. I'm having trouble understanding
their purpose; examples would probably help. :)

The move has taken place. It actually ended up at noi'a'u, with noi'au
being similar but not quite the same.

Examples will be, eventually, forthcoming. I have explanations and examples
written down on my phone, somewhere...
