I am not sure. But if I had to guess, I would personally view it as a
cibyfu'ivla; "buk" is a rafsi attached by a hyphen, regardless of any
fore-adjoined rafsi that may be present (which further restrict or
elaborate the categorization, essentially per tanru rules).
