While synonyms are okay, this just seems overly unnecessary whilst we have perfectly fine, functioning gismu for the same thing. If one were aiming for recognizability, I would argue that the person being accommodated by the introduction of such (natural language) words (for concepts that we already can express) should just learn Lojban or go away (preferably the former). The only uses for which I can think of putting planeta would be either trying to fuse terdi with plini in order to capture all of their terbri (in which case a lujvo would do nicely), or for describing a rogue planet (in which case orbital parameters and focus are somewhat philosophically questionable and therefore plini may be arguably bad; even in such a case, all sorts of arguments can be made for the use of plini: delete terbri instead, form a lujvo or tanru instead, ignore it, or simply realize that even rogue planets probably do orbit something (just not a nearby star/massive body in many situations)). Since mluni-plini clash is pu'o solved, since the default value of terdi2 is equal to Sol3 planet aka "The Earth" and thus not very useful I'm removing planeta2.
