My only concern is that someone may interpret "tub-" to be the
categorizer, implying that "kulosi" is some sort of sibling (tunba). On
the other hand, the word is essentially instantly recognizable to me.

Good point! For this reason, I created bilmrtuberkulosi.

It's better to say bilma fi la tuberkulosis then. Fewer consonant
clusters.
