Well, dropping places from the tertau is seldomly a good idea and should
be used with care.
Since s2 was dropped, I assume it was subsumized into some assumed land
type, right?
Whoever made this word, please enter in the notes what kind of land is
assumed here (if anyone); just to be extra-clear. I don’t think
“tumla” is a kind of material. ;-)

s2=t1. If you want to specify the surface with a sumti, use plain "skiji".
If you find "tumla" too general, use a more specific lujvo.

I think dropping the place for the surface/medium in lujvo involving
"skiji" and "marce" should be systematically done. In this case, skiji2
behaves just like gasnu2, zmadu3 and zukte2, for example.
