The COI2 series (especially ki'ai and sa'ei) seem to be popular enough
that all the original COI cmavo should be in a proper subselma'o of their
own, so that they can be listed separately in resources like vlasisku.

la sursis currently clearly separates COI and COI2. Seems to be a minor
issue.
