I propose that a fourth terbri be included for the sake of specifying the
logarithmic base being used for the calculation of the unit. Its default
should(/can) be either te'o or dau, I would say. If such an x4 is
filled by e, then the unit being described is a neper.

Currently, jbovlaste will accept data for 70 languages.
