Discussion of "ba'usle"
[parent] [root]
Curtis W Franks (Fri Jun 20 03:44:16 2014)

I meant to parenthesize as: "(I interpret voksa and cmoni to be
different elements/subsets in the set of bacrus.)"; not link.
^^ Note: corrected "difference" to "different".

> In a sense, then, the veljvo of ba'usle implies a generalized meaning
of "phone".
I propose voksle or vokba'usle for specifically
linguistic/phonological phones.
(Note the near conflict of the former proposal with banvoksle.)
It might be helpful to include terbri for body-parts used in its
articulation and their manner of articular/their loci of pronunciation/the
actions manipulating those body parts in order to produce the phone. These
terbri would be unpredictable and non-algorithmic by the veljvo, but they
seem intricately, immediately, and intimately pertinent.
