la mangi jduli noticed that there could be a person implicated place.
Therefore, a NOTCI_FREIME might be used instead (which I suppose will
simply add new places without changing existing ones).

I agree, given how blackmail is aimed at a person. Posting an alternative
definition.

I upvoted this definition instead of the other one because it's closer to
the original meaning. It's a loan word, after all. For ?blackmailing?,
better to create a new word, I guess.
