Possible use independent of toi'e?

I first proposed this as a scope-limiter to toi'e but I thought of a possible use independent to it; namely in situations where it might be useful to separate attitudinals/UI cmavo into discrete chunks despite them all applying to the main text.
For example, to say "I'm joking, but it's true", you might use (zo'o je'u ku'i), but then the whole mess clumps together and becomes confusing; is it true that you're joking, to the contrary of some predetermined expectation... or what?
On the other hand, (zo'o koi'e je'u ku'i) is much clearer. Technically it should be (zo'o koi'e je'u toi'e ku'i), but it should be sufficient to get the point across in this case.

I like the idea a lot.
