Maybe extend it to (usually finite) tuples, sequences, lists, etc. too?

In that case, it could work sort of the element Cartesian product (which is
not used in Lojban or much of anywhere else).

This would take on the functionality of, roughly, the coins operator
(denoted ":") in Haskell.

Well, except for typing.

"++" is, of course, the better analog. But I just wanted to maje sure that
coins was mentioned somewhere.

Currently, jbovlaste will accept data for 70 languages.
