Curtis W Franks (Tue May 27 08:02:08 2014)

Even though the English gloss renders it as a character alignment of the
judge (and it is), which would seem to imply that the judge should be x1
as in "x1 has soda alignment x2 with respect to/toward product x3 and
company x4 [...]", the order emphasizes the product as being most
important, followed by its moral judgment. This ordering makes the
judgment seem more absolute and the product more important. Thus, it
reflects the common statement that "[product] is Better" (essentially with
the capital "B", even if not spelled that way; "better than" what is made
obvious by life/context).
