I thought double circle is what is placed on the Lojban flag (gleki has
been pwned)

I first defined in Lojban that the center of two circles is zo'e. Maybe
lo pa zo'e is better. I will modify it.

A form like Lojban flag may be relkucycuktai or something, pei?

ta'oru'e it sometimes bothers me that pensi'u and kucysi'u are more
useful than penmi and kruca. the list can be continued.
