I first assume that, except in a joking manner, that gleua2 must be a
nonnegstive number. (I suppose that "does not give a fuck about" could be
viewed as neutral and a negative number would mean something like "actively
rejects and anti-cares a about", but based on my potentially malglico
understanding, this is not the intention). If so, then what is the midpoint
between "does not give a shit about" and "gives all the shits about" (which
maybe would be "gleua li ci'i"), meaning something like "is neutral in care
for"? What number would work?

I'd go with "gleua li ro fi'u re", although using no'o might be worth
consideration.
