I would estimate that this word could refer to the chin, jaw, the region of
skin found at the bottom of the jaw between the chin and the neck (where
double chins can form), dewlap/neck-bear region, or the base of the head in
any part where it connects to the neck. This is a useful set of regions to
identify, but it seems rather narrow to let this word refer to exactly the
chin alone. For the chin, I would suggest perhaps firni'a (although I
would make this refer to things that are below roughly the nose or mouth)
or dzixe'aji'o.
